I haven't received my order confirmation e-mail.
If you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail within 1 hour after your order is complete, check your spam folder. If you still haven't seen it, Email us and we will resend a copy. 

How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the shipping confirmation email you receive after your order is shipped, which contains a tracking number. You can track your package at www.UPS.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed. Please view our Return & Exchange policy for additional information.

What payment method can I use?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

I forgot to apply my coupon. Can I use it after I complete a purchase?
Promotional discounts are to be applied at the time of order placement and cannot be applied when orders are already placed.

The price has just been lowered because of a discount. Am I able to get a price adjustment?
We are only able to price match orders that were bought within 24 hours of the price change. Only items bought at full price are eligible for price adjustments.  

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

Yes, the data is SSL-encrypted and PCI compliant with the PCI Data Security standards for all major credit cards. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.


Can I order over the phone instead?
To better protect our customers and avoid credit card fraud, we are unable to take orders over the phone.
