Refund policy
RETURNS
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If the items don't fit or aren't your style, you can request a return through your customer account.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must ship your item back to us within 5 days of receiving a return label. If your return label has not been scanned within this time frame, we reserve the right to issue a store credit rather than a refund.
Important: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (this includes hangers, plastic bags, and all shoe stuffing within shoe boxes.) We reserve the right to charge a fee up to $15 per item for refurbishing garments that arrive wadded, rolled, wrinkled, or appear used or worn.
TO RETURN:
- To start a return, find your order under your Customer Account and request a return. Please specify which item(s) you would like to send back to us.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for a flat fee of $8. This fee may increase based on weight of your items (for example, with shipments including outerwear or winter boots.)
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If you are shipping from Canada, you must provide your own label, and will not be charged the $8 fee. You can also choose to use your own traceable shipping method and you will not be charged the flat fee.
Damages and issues
Please contact us (and send photos) within 5 days of receiving your package if items are defective, damaged or if you receive an item in error. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for items from our OUTLET sale section.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a size of an item, please e-mail us at info@atlrparis.com. We will provide a free label and reserve your desired size until we receive your exchange. If you need the new size immediately, we suggest purchasing the new size and starting a return for refund for the incorrect size. If you are shipping from Canada, you must provide your own return label for the exchange.
Refunds
You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
