Shipping

If you haven't received your order confirmation within 1 hour after your order is complete, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, contact customer service at info@atlrparis.com and we will resend it to you.

 

SHIPPING

After your order is processed, it will be shipped from either our warehouse in Georgia or our offices in New York. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, and all orders placed after 10am on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

ATLR Paris offers free FedEx or USPS shipping on all orders over $150; orders below $150 will be charged a flat rate of $9.50. The exception to this rule is La Pelucherie, which ships directly from France with its own shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to increment weather.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
