RETURNS

 

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered (and the items are not marked "FINAL SALE"), you can return part of or your entire order. All conditions below must be met:

TO RETURN: 

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (this includes hangers, plastic bags, and all shoe stuffing within shoe boxes.) We reserve the right to charge a fee up to $15 per item for refurbishing garments that arrive wadded, rolled, wrinkled, or appear used or worn.

To start a return, go to your order under your account and request a return. Please specify which items you would like to send back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for a flat fee of $7. The fee may increase based on weight of your items (for example, with shipments including outerwear or winter boots.) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can also choose to use your own traceable shipping method and you will not be charged the flat fee. To use your own shipping method, please ship to: ATLR Paris, 49 West 45th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10036

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of receiving it if items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for any item marked "FINAL SALE" in the title, or any item that has been kept for longer than the 20 day return period.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a size of an item, please e-mail us at info@atlrparis.com and we will provide a label and reserve your new size until we receive your exchange. If you need the new size immediately, we suggest purchasing the new size and starting a return for refund for the incorrect size.

Refunds
You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
