Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS FOR INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you would like to exchange an item, or if you receive an item that is defective or isn't what you ordered, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly provide a return label to ship the item back to us.
For exchanges: once we receive the item you'd like to exchange, we will process your new item and ship it to you.
For damaged or defective items: we can either replace the item or give you a full refund as soon as we receive your return.
ALL OTHER RETURNS:
You may return unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise with the original sales receipt/packing slip and price tags attached within 20 days of receiving your purchase.
All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
Full-price returns are refunded to their original form of payment.
Any items purchased at a discount will be refunded in the form of a store credit to be used at any future date.
Items purchased during a sample sale, flash sale or in any way marked "FINAL SALE" or "LAST CHANCE" are not eligible for return.
Gift returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit to be used at any future date.
We try hard to accept all returns. All goods will be inspected upon return, and in the unlikely event that an item is in an unsuitable condition, the item may be sent back to you.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your return to be processed.

2. Fill out and enclose this form with your shipment.
